If that's the case feel free to send me an email with a brief description of what you've been struggling with and I will add you to a waiting list. Be sure to include the time of day you are available, and bear in mind that I only see people in the mornings, including very early in the morning, Monday - Thursday. Also know that my hourly rate is $350/hr. I currently do not have direct relationships with any insurance companies but do offer super-bills for out-of-network reimbursement. The level of reimbursement varies from plan to plan.

• If possible, use your laptop or desktop for the sessions, as it’s easier on the eyes than just a smartphone.

• Place the device at eye-level, in a place where you can sit comfortably and see and hear clearly.

• If you live with someone, try to ask for an hour of privacy. Some clients download “white noise” apps to their smartphones and place them by the door for the duration of the sessions.
